Description
Induced by inoculation of Moloney leukaemia virus into a new-born A/Sn mouse. Sensitive to the cytoxic activity of naturally occurring killer cells in mice (NK cells). Often used as target cells in NK assays.

Quality Control
YAC-1 Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.

YAC-1 Cell Line will be shipped using dry ice.

Store the cell lines in liquid nitrogen vapor (less than -130°C)
