Description
Sub-cloned from an azaguanine-resistant mutant of the Lou rat myeloma, S210. Cells are HAT sensitive. The cells secrete IgG kappa light chains. Y3.AG.1.2.3 can be used as a fusion partner for rat B cells to make rat-rat hybridomas.

Quality Control
Y3.AG.1.2.3 Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
Shippment
Y3.AG.1.2.3 Cell Line will be shipped using dry ice.
