Culture Properties
Wash in CMF-PBS.Add 0.25% trypsin.Keep at 37C for 10-15 min. Suspend cells in medium.

Storage
On receipt, immediately transfer frozen WI-38-40 cells to liquid nitrogen (-180 °C) until ready for experimental use.
