Description
Derived from a BALB/c mouse which has undergone mineral oil injections intended to induce plasma cell tumour development. The original tumour WEHI-3b showed many characteristics of human myelomonocytic leukaemia. The cells produce high levels of IL-3.

Quality Control
WEHI 3B Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.

WEHI 3B Cell Line will be shipped using dry ice.

Store the cell lines in liquid nitrogen vapor (less than -130°C)
