VP-SFM (Gibco cat no. 11681-020) + 4mM Glutamine. When freezing cells down use culture medium (5050 conditioned mediumfresh medium) + 10% DMSO.
Quality Control
Vero (AC-free) Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
Shippment
Vero (AC-free) Cell Line will be shipped using dry ice.
Storage
Store the cell lines in liquid nitrogen vapor (less than -130°C)
