Description
UM-UC-5 was obtained by transurethral resection of a bladder squamous cell carcinoma found in a female patient. UM-UC-5 was found to produce tumours in athymic nude mice.

Quality Control
UM-UC-5 Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
Shippment
UM-UC-5 Cell Line will be shipped using dry ice.

Store the cell lines in liquid nitrogen vapor (less than -130°C)
