Description
UM-UC-14 was derived from a transitional cell carcinoma of the renal pelvis. UM-UC-14 produced tumours in athymic nude mice after 9 days. Susceptibility to adenoviral mediated gene transduction and expression of p53, p16, retinoblastoma protein and coxsackie adenovirus receptor were studied

Quality Control
UM-UC-14 Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
