Description
UM-UC-10 was derived from a transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder. UM-UC-10 failed to produce tumours in athymic nude mice after 90 days. Susceptibility to adenoviral mediated gene transduction and expression of p53, p16, retinoblastoma protein and coxsackie adenovirus receptor were studied.

Quality Control
UM-UC-10 Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
Shippment
UM-UC-10 Cell Line will be shipped using dry ice.

Store the cell lines in liquid nitrogen vapor (less than -130°C)
