Description
Mouse embryonic fibroblasts (MEFs) derived from the ULK1(+/-) ULK2(+/-) knockout mice. MEFs were isolated and cultured and immortalised with SV40 large T-antigen. This cell line can be used to study ULK1 dependent processes in autophagy.

ULK2 KO MEF (SV40) Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
