Description
Mouse embryonic fibroblasts (MEFs) derived from ULK1(+/-),ULK2(+/-) knockout mice. MEFs that were isolated and cultured were immortalised by standard serial passaging protocol. This cell line can be used to study ULK2-dependent processes in autophagy.

ULK2 KO MEF (SIM) Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
