Mouse embryonic fibroblasts (MEFs) derived from wild-type littermate to the ULK1-knockout mouse. MEFs that were isolated and cultured were immortalised by a standard serial passaging protocol.

ULK1 KO MEF (SIM) Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
