Quality Control
tsJT663 Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.

Subculture
Cells are harvested after treatment with 0.125% trypsin and 0.01% EDTA. Gentle piptting may be reauired to detach cells from dishes. Subculture once a week at split ratio=1/8 at 34 C.
