Suggested Medium
1 to 1 mixture of Dulbecco's modified Eagle's medium and RPMI1640 medium containing 10% heat inactivated fetal bovine serum.
Quality Control
TMH-1 Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.

Subculture
Cells are harvested after treatment with 0.25% trypsin.
