From primary culture of sertoli cell enriched preparations from normal testes of a 11-13 day old BALB/c nu/+ mice. Cells respond to FSH but not LH; Plasminogen activator secretion is stimulated by FSH and also retinoic acid. Note only distributed frozen.

Quality Control
TM4 Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
Shippment
TM4 Cell Line will be shipped using dry ice.
Storage
Store the cell lines in liquid nitrogen vapor (less than -130°C)
