TIG-113 Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.

Subculture
Wash in CMF-PBS.Add 0.25% trypsin. Incubate at 37C for 10-15min. Suspend cells in medium.
