Description
T-3-Cl-2-0.fl cell line is a clone of T-3-Cl-2, which originated from a splenic lesion of Friend virus-induced leukemia in a DD mouse. The cell line can be induced to differentiate into erythroblastoid cells with 1.5% DMSO. T-3-Cl-2-0.fl has been eradicated from mycoplasma using MC-210 by the originator.

Quality Control
T-3-CI-2-0.fl Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
