Description
SVCT has been established from human breast epithelial cells being transfected with SV40. The cell line shows an abnormal karyotype and was not tumourigenic in athymic male nude mice. SVCT have been found positive for the expression of keratin 7, 8 and 18 but negative for keratin 19. Epithelial cells, dome formation when confluent.

Quality Control
SVCT Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
Shippment
SVCT Cell Line will be shipped using dry ice.
Storage
Store the cell lines in liquid nitrogen vapor (less than -130°C)
