A 3T3 cell line doubly transformed by polyoma then SV40 viruses, probably the fore-runner of SV-T2. Demonstrates a high degree of contact inhibition.

SV3T3B Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
