Description
Derived from a Malignant pleural effusion taken from an eight year old caucasian male with T cell lymphoblastic lymphoma. These cells are E-rosette, Leu 5, OKT9 and CALLA negative. They also express beta2M, Leu 1, 2, 3a, 4, 6, 9 and OKT10 antigens and are CD4 positive. These cells are negative for Tac, HLA-DR and surface immunoglobulin.

Quality Control
SUP-T1 Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
Shippment
SUP-T1 Cell Line will be shipped using dry ice.

Store the cell lines in liquid nitrogen vapor (less than -130°C)
