Quality Control
RS-2 Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.

Subculture
Cells are harvested after treatment with 0.05% trypsin in 0.04% EDTA then inactivated by 0.1% soybean trypsin inhibitor.Split ratio = 1/3-1/6.(See Attachment)
Shippment
RS-2 Cell Line will be shipped using dry ice.
Storage
Store the cell lines in liquid nitrogen vapor (less than -130°C)
