Suggested Medium
45% Ham's F12 medium, 45% Dulbecco's modified Eagle's medium and 10% fetal calf serum, supplemented with 10mM Hepes, 2x10^8 M Na-Selenite, 1mM EGTA.
Quality Control
RMT-1 M2 Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
