Suggested Medium
William's E medium with 10^-6M dexamethasone, 10^-7M insulin, 25ng/ml EGF, and 10% fetal bovine serum. or RPMI-1640 medium with 10% fetal bovine serum.
Quality Control
RI-T Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
Subculture
Cells were prepared after treatment with 0.05% trypsin and 0.53mM EDTA-4Na for 3-5 min. Subculture every 4-6 days and medium change every 2-3 days. Lower concentration of cells on subculture may create colonies.
Shippment
RI-T Cell Line will be shipped using dry ice.
Storage
Store the cell lines in liquid nitrogen vapor (less than -130°C)
