Quality Control
RERF-LC-KJ Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.

Subculture
Harvest cells with 0.125% trypsin and 0.01% EDTA at 37 C for 5 minutes. Subculture once a week at split ratio=1/4.

Store the cell lines in liquid nitrogen vapor (less than -130°C)
