Description
Derived from the endometrium tissue from the uterus of a 21-28 day-old Sprague-Dawley rat. The cells carry vimentin, CSF-1 (at 39°C), desmin, collagen type III and connexin 43 markers. The transforming agent cell line is a ts mutant of SV 40 T-antigen (tsA58).

DMEM + 20µg/l Gly-His-Lys (Sigma) + 2mM Glutamine + 80 IU human Insulin/l (Novo) + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS) (heat-inactivated).
Quality Control
RENT tsS1.1 Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
Shippment
RENT tsS1.1 Cell Line will be shipped using dry ice.
Storage
Store the cell lines in liquid nitrogen vapor (less than -130°C)
