Description
Derived from the endometrium tissue from the uterus of a 21-28 day-old Sprague-Dawley rat, transformed with a ts mutant of SV40 T antigen (tsA58). Cells express vimentin, CSF-1 (at 39°C), desmin, collagen type III and connexin 43.

DMEM + 20µg/l Gly-His-Lys (Sigma) + 2mM Glutamine + 80 IU human Insulin/l (Novo) + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS) (heat-inactivated).
Quality Control
RENT ts3.1 Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
Shippment
RENT ts3.1 Cell Line will be shipped using dry ice.

Store the cell lines in liquid nitrogen vapor (less than -130°C)
