Pre-made firefly luciferse and RFPexpression Adenovirus. Firefly luciferase and RFP are bicistronically expressed under the same suCMV promoter, mediated by a 2A element which allows expressing two individual targets (not as fusion-target).Adenovirus was concentrated and purified into PBS solution.
