Pre-made firefly luciferse and GFP expression Adenovirus. Firefly luciferase and GFP are bicistronically expressed under the same suCMV promoter, mediated by a 2A element which allows expressing two individual targets (not as fusion-target). Adenovirus was concentrated and purified into PBS solution.

1 x 10^11 IFU/ml x 50ul in PBS containing 5% sucrose.
