Activity
Measured by the ability of the immobilized protein to support the adhesion of Jurkat human acute T cell leukemia cells.When 1×10E5 cells/well areadded to Fibronectin-coated plates (7-13 ng/mL and 100μL/well),approximately 50%-80% will adhere specifically after 30 minutes at 37℃.
Formulation
Lyophilized from a 0.2 μm filtered solution of 12.5 mM Sodium Citrate, 1.25% Sucrose, pH 6.2.
Storage
Lyophilized protein should be stored at < -20°C, though stable at room temperature for 3 weeks.Reconstituted protein solution can be stored at 4-7°C for 2-7 days.Aliquots of reconstituted samples are stable at < -20°C for 3 months.
