Measured by the ability of the immobilized protein to support the adhesion of NIH‑3T3 mouse embryonic fibroblast cells.When 5 x 104 cells/well are added to recombinant human Nectin-4 coated plates (1 µg/mL with 100 µL/well), approximately >68.8% will adhere after 40 min incubation at 37 °C.Specific Activity is greater than 40%.

Lyophilized from a 0.2 μm filtered solution of 20mM PB, 150mM NaCl, pH 7.4.
Storage
Lyophilized protein should be stored at < -20°C, though stable at room temperature for 3 weeks.Reconstituted protein solution can be stored at 4-7°C for 2-7 days.Aliquots of reconstituted samples are stable at < -20°C for 3 months.
