Description
Rat Schwann Cells from Glow Biologics are isolated from postnatal day 8 CD® IGS rat sciatic nerve. RSC are cryopreserved as primary cultures and delivered frozen. RSC are characterized by immunofluorescence with antibodies specific to S100, GFAP, and CD90. RSC are negative for mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, and fungi. RSC are guaranteed to further expand for 5 population doublings under the conditions provided by Glow Biologics.
