Description
Rat Lymphatic Fibroblasts Cells from Glow Biologics are isolated from CD® IGS rat lymph node. RLF are cryopreserved at P0 and delivered frozen. RLF are characterized by their spindle-shaped morphology. RLF are negative for mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, and fungi. RLF are guaranteed to further expand for 5 population doublings under the conditions provided by Glow Biologics.
Suggested Medium
It is recommended to use Fibroblast Medium for culturing RLF in vitro.

Rat Lymphatic Fibroblasts Cells are negative for HIV-1, HBV, HCV, mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, and fungi.
Shippment
Rat Lymphatic Fibroblasts Cells are shipped using dry ice.
Storage
On receipt, immediately transfer the frozen cells to liquid nitrogen (-180 °C)
