Rat Dermal Fibroblasts Cells-adult from Glow Biologics are isolated from adult CD® IGS rat skin. RDF-a are cryopreserved at passage one and delivered frozen. RDF-a are characterized by immunofluorescence with antibody specific to fibronectin. RDF-a are guaranteed to further expand for 5 population doublings under the conditions provided by Glow Biologics.
Suggested Medium
It is recommended to use Fibroblast Medium-2 for culturing RDF-a in vitro.
Quality Control
Rat Dermal Fibroblasts Cells-adult are negative for HIV-1, HBV, HCV, mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, and fungi.
Shippment
Rat Dermal Fibroblasts Cells-adult are shipped using dry ice.
Storage
On receipt, immediately transfer the frozen cells to liquid nitrogen (-180 °C)
