Description
Clone of RAJI selected for adherence to glass or plastic. Fibroblast like cell line. RAJI 'A' was developed from the adherent sub-population of RAJI cells. Karyotype analysis demonstrated that RAJI 'A' contains typical human chromosomes and the modal total chromosome number (47-48) is the same as that of RAJI. RAJI 'A' cell line is also identical to RAJI with respect to isoenzyme composition, susceptibility to EBV infection and inducibility of latent EBV. Ethnicity Black.
