Description
Spontaneously immortalised rat bronchial epithelial cell line derived from a 4 month old male Wistar rat. The cell line is basal cell-like expressing cytokeratins 14 and 15. Vimentin negative. This cell line is a slower growing derivative of the cell line RaBE, Glow Biologics catalogue no. 04100601, adapted to culture medium without growth factors.
