Derived from the fusion of the cell lines K562 and P3HR-1. The cells carry EBV genome (approximately 26 copies per cell), Fc receptors, and is sensitive to natural killer cells.

Quality Control
PUTKO Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.

PUTKO Cell Line will be shipped using dry ice.
