RPMI1640 medium with 10% heat inactivated horse serum and 5% fetal bovine serum.
Quality Control
PC12MS Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
