Dulbecco's modified Eagle's medium with 10% fetal bovine serum. For selection, add 5 ug/ml 6-thioguanine.
Quality Control
PC-12TG Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
