Suggested Medium
Dulbecco's modified Eagle's medium with high glucose and fetal bovine serum. Low glucose will reduce an expression of the alpha smooth muscle actin.
Quality Control
P53LMACO1 Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.

Subculture
Cells harvested after treatment with 0.25% trypsin and 0.02% EDTA. Subculture every 3-4 days.
