A non-metastatic epitherial tumor cell line established from ovarian granulosa cell tumor irradiated with 60-Co-gamma rays. Cells are producing estradiol continuously.
Suggested Medium
RPMI1640 medium with heat-inactivated 10% fetal calf serum or Dulbecco's modified Eagle's medium with heat-inactivated 10% fetal calf serum.
Quality Control
OV3121 Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.

Cells harvested after treatment with 0.25% trypsin and 0.02% EDTA.
