OUS-11 Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.

Subculture
Cells are harvested after treatment with 0.1% trypsin and 0.02% EDTA. Change medium twice a week. Subculture once a week.
