Suggested Medium
1 to 1 mixture of Dulbecco's modified Eagle's medium and F-12 medium. Serum free cell culture.
Quality Control
OSC-20 Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.

Subculture
Cells are washed three times with Ca-Mg free Hank's balanced salt solution(HBSS), then cells are treated with 0.01% trypsin and 0.01% EDTA in the HBSS.
