Quality Control
OSC-19 Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.

Cells were washed three times with Ca-Mg free Hank's balanced salt solution (HBSS), then treated with 0.01% trypsin and 0.01% EDTA in HBSS.
