Description
OACP4 C was established from a primary tumour located in gastric cardia of a 55 year-old Caucasian male. The patient showed lymph node involvement with pleural metastases. OACP4 C was found to be tumourigenic in NMRI-PCR analysis when tested at Glow Biologics. It cell line is a known phenomenon that due to the increased genetic instability of cancer cell lines the Y chromosome can be rearranged or lost resulting in lack of detection. The cell line is identical to the source provided by the depositor based on the STR-PCR analysis.

Quality Control
OACP4 C Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
