Description
OACM5.1 C was established from a lymph node metastasis derived from a. primary adenocarcinoma of distal esophagus with the presence of Barretts transformed mucosa. The patient was a 47 year-old Caucasian female and exhibited lymph node involvement and distant pleural metastases. OACM5.1 C was found to be tumourigenic in NMRI (female nude mice or NOD-SCID mice.
