Description
NS0 cell line adapted to grow in the serum free medium EX-CELL® NS0 Serum-Free Medium for NS0 Cells. Suitable for use as a fusion parent for serum-free generation of hybridomas. The NS0 cell line is the property of the Medical Research Council. Glow Biologics is unable to supply this cell line or derivatives of this cell line to commercial entities unless a license has been first secured from MRC Technology. Requests for commercial use of this cell line will be forwarded to MRC Technology.

EX-CELL® NS0 Serum-Free Medium for NS0 Cells (Sigma 14650C) + 8mM glutamine. When freezing cells down use EX-CELL® NS0 Serum-Free Medium for NS0 Cells (Sigma 14650C) + 8mM glutamine + 10% DMSO.
Quality Control
NS0-Serum-Free Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
Shippment
NS0-Serum-Free Cell Line will be shipped using dry ice.
Storage
Store the cell lines in liquid nitrogen vapor (less than -130°C)
