Description
NH15-CA2 cell line is a hybrid cell line formed by the fusion of N115-BU-8 (a bromodeoxyuridine-resistant mutant of N1E-115 and 108CC15 (itself a mouse neuroblastoma N18TG2 x rat glioma C6-BU-1 hybrid line). This hybrid-hybrid line contains both cholinergic and adrenergic enzyme activities.

DMEM + 2 mM glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS) HAT (0.1 mM hypoxanthine, 10 µM aminopterin and 16 µM thymidine) Cells can be cultured without HAT provided they were cultured inbetween in HT medium for 3-4 days
Quality Control
NH15-CA2 Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.

NH15-CA2 Cell Line will be shipped using dry ice.

Store the cell lines in liquid nitrogen vapor (less than -130°C)
