Description
Derived from a spontaneous lymphoma in an NFS.C58v-1 mouse. These pre-B cells are negative for surface Ig, Ia and ThB.

DMEM + 10% NCTC 109 + 2mM Glutamine + 1% Non Essential Amino Acids (NEAA) + 1% Sodium Pyruvate (NaP) + 1mM Oxaloacetic acid + 50µM 2-Mercaptoethanol (2ME) + 2µg/ml Transferrin + 0.2IU/ml Insulin + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS).
Quality Control
NFS-25 C-3 Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
Shippment
NFS-25 C-3 Cell Line will be shipped using dry ice.
Storage
Store the cell lines in liquid nitrogen vapor (less than -130°C)
