This cell line is HPRT-deficient clone from EMS-mutagnenized Neuro-2a cells. HAT-sensitive, 6-thioguanine-registant.
Suggested Medium
Dulbecco's modified Eagle's medium with 10% fetal bovine serum. For selection, add 5 ug/ml 6-thioguanine.
Quality Control
Neuro-2aTG Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
Shippment
Neuro-2aTG Cell Line will be shipped using dry ice.
Storage
Store the cell lines in liquid nitrogen vapor (less than -130°C)
