Description
Derived from the MSV.B line which has been exposed to 50 IU/ml Interferon for over 200 passages. Unlike the parent line, the cells are non-malignant and do not form tumours in nude mice.

EMEM (EBSS) + 1% Non Essential Amino Acids (NEAA) or RPMI 1640 + 2mM Glutamine + 50-100 IU/ml murine IFN + 5-10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS).
Quality Control
MSVIF-TK+ Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
Shippment
MSVIF-TK+ Cell Line will be shipped using dry ice.
Storage
Store the cell lines in liquid nitrogen vapor (less than -130°C)
