Subculture
Wash in CMF-PBS.Add 0.25 trypsin.Incubation at 37C for 10-15 min.Suspend cells in culture medium.
Shippment
MRC-5-30 Cell Line will be shipped using dry ice.
Storage
Store the cell lines in liquid nitrogen vapor (less than -130°C)
